Minnesota Zoo

Yesterday we went to the Minnesota Zoo. We seemed to have made this a yearly trip now that we have had Logan. We had a great time. This year it was Randi, Sydney, Jeremy, Brian, Logan and myself. Logan seemed to enjoy himself, he slept all the way home from the cities and then went back to bed an hour after we got home and slept through until almost 8 this morning. He was obviously wiped out.

Our first family picture at the zoo.

Logan loved looking into the big aquarium with Randi.

My favorite part of the zoo was the butterfly garden (shock I know).

Jeremy was lucky enough to have one land on him. He looks thrilled doesn't he?
I always knew there was a reason I called him monkey arms. Look how long they are!

Logan liked looking at the "kitties".

These little guys were Logan's favorites though. He liked them last year also. I thought it was fun seeing how much Logan has changed from last year. Last year he wasn't too interested in what was going on but this year he wanted to see all the animals and some for a long time- like the monkeys tight rope walking.

Logan's favorite part of the farm. He is in love with tractors and I haven't figured out where this comes from since we don't live on a farm. He was pretty scared around the goats though.

And our last family picture right before we were leaving. I was so done by this time. I think I am getting too old for the heat all day. Being pregnant doesn't help that situation as well I am sure. After the zoo we hit up Chuck E. Cheese and the kids had some more fun there. Logan had to ride the car with Chuck E. Cheese that takes your picture. We have at least 6 pictures of him on it. I have some from last year too and he looks so much more big. In August we are planning a trip to the Mall of America when we are watching Sydney so we will have to see how that one will go.

Nice pictures! We went to MOA today. The girls were feisty and whiny. Go figure. Abby did alright though, except for the ride home.

I like Logan in his hats. He's so handsome.

The heat stinks. Whether you're pregnant or not. Like you said, I think we're getting old. Someone, and I won't mention whom, will be turning 30 before I do. As Men at Work say, "Who can it be now?" j/k I wish it were 55° all year round.
