Christmas Cards

Yesterday I decided it was time to put up our tree. So, Brian brought it up from the basement along with other decorations and we started to decorate for Christmas. My main goal of setting up the Christmas Tree was to have pictures taken in front of it for our Christmas Cards. So, we got a few good ones.

All in all- it seemed to work out! I got the pictures that I wanted.

Visiting Great Grandma

Last Wednesday night we took the kids to go visit Great Grandma Stadtherr. Logan behaved very well - he was thrilled to go walk around and see the kitty that sat on the chair when you walked in. I got Brenna smiling for quite a while.

Logan's second birthday

We celebrated baptism and Logan's second birthday all on Sunday. I can't believe my baby is turning 2 on Wednesday. Its all going to fast, time can slow down just a little.

We ended up having the party at our house which was stressful and exciting all at the same time because we finally have room in our house for everyone to join us and stressful because I am a perfectionist in some aspects.

Here are just a few pictures from the party. Logan was such a good boy and we are so pleased he decided to join our world two years ago.

 Starting to open presents. We had room for a little while and then the kiddos swarmed :) He got a ton of presents and loved each one of them. Except the clothes got tossed aside. Mom enjoys those though.

 Getting ready to sing "Happy Birthday" to him. He asked me later if we could sing the song again. He also was singing with Brian for a while later on in the night, only singing "Happy Birthday to Brenna" when he was singing.

Brenna's Baptism

Saturday night we had Brenna's baptism after mass. It went really well. I was so excited because she woke up and got hungry right before baptism. Talk about perfect timing!

First snow of 2010

Saturday brought some fun snow. Okay there was only a hint of sarcasm in there. Logan had fun "helping" dad shovel though.

Nuk baby

Well, Logan never took a Nuk but Brenna loves hers. She also eats a lot better than Logan ever did. She was back up to her birth weight and then some at her 12 day appointment. She is a happy baby as long as she has eaten and has a fresh diaper on. I like dressing her up in girly things and Brian shakes his head at me.

Good Big brother

Logan is such a good big brother. He always is conscious of when Brenna is crying and wants us to pick her up, feed her or give her nuk to her. He loves to hold her and always has to give her a kiss goodnight and goodbye. I couldn't have asked for a better reaction.

Mama Bear and her babies

This is how things look in our house lately. Logan has had pneumonia and Brenna has had a slight cold but things are getting better.
