Sibley Park

This weekend we went to Sibley Park in Mankato. We went with Randi, Sydney and Randi's boyfriend Jeremy. It was a fun day. We visited with the animals, which there were very few of, and had a picnic in the park. Randi had asked me to bring my SLR camera with (aka non-digital) to take some nice pictures of the kids. After about five rolls of film we were finished. In the process we got some good ones of the kids and us as well!
Here is a good family picture that we got. Logan was fast but I was able to get some good pictures of him as well.

Here he is showing us his belly. He knows quite a few body parts now.

I LOVE this picture of him. He was going, "OHHH!" when the picture was taken and his face is priceless!

And lastly a kiss from Mom! Ohh how she loves this little guy!

Mini-Bragging moment

Here is a mini bragging moment- dont mind me.

Logan used to potty this last weeked. He went potty three times over the weekend. Then tonight he went potty and poop on the toilet!! He only goes if you ask him, he doesn't tell you he has to go. I hope this keeps going on. Maybe we will only have one in diapers instead of two!

Circus

This afternoon we went to the circus. It was okay for being a small town circus. Logan didn't sit very well through the first part because it was kinda boring but after intermission when the motorcross, drums and elephants came he enjoyed that. I felt sad for the tigers, they are so skinny so they obviously don't eat very well. There was one that was just TICKED off and kept roaring. Another one was making dying sounds through out the rest of the show. All in all, after 20 dollars it was a fun afternoon.

Here is Randi with the kids while we waited for the show to start. Sydney got her face painted.

Here are the skinny lions. The female ones have such pretty faces.

Here is Sydney feeding the elephants.

Here I was holding Logan by the elephants. The big ball behind us is where they did the motorcross tricks. We were right on the bottom of the benches over by the ball.

After we watched the circus we went out to eat at Holiday Inn. I owed my sister since I hurt my back this week and she helped clean our house up so we took them out to dinner. At dinner Logan discovered honey butter and enjoyed it as you can tell...

The Dr keeps saying he is too skinny. This will add some fat in his diet!

Outside fun

Yesterday we had some family time outside. Brian decided to mow the lawn and had a helper. Logan decided that since Daddy had a lawn mower that he needed his to mow the lawn.

Here he is walking along the sidewalk in front of the house and then he decided to pull his hat down really really low.

I love the picture of him walking and pulling his lawn mower behind him. He looks like a little boy instead of a toddler. The next picture is from Logan's perspective of watching Daddy mow lawn. I thought it was kind of cool looking.

Finally Daddy was done and could take a picture with Logan! After a while it was time to weed whip so Logan had to help with that of course! He is a little helper isn't he!

Church Bound

On Sunday we were heading to church only we had one extra person with us. Sydney. So, I took a few pictures of the kids before church. Sydney had to wear one of her pretty dresses.

Here is Logan looking all handsome.

Here is Sydney and her pretty dress.

I tried getting a shot of both of the kids but Logan was having no part of it.

So, after this trip to church, I am not so sure about having two little ones. Yikes were these two a handful! Cant go back right!

Super Boy

Super Boy to the rescue! I decided to put on some PJs that Logan got for Christmas, the pants are a little big (suprise suprise) but if you roll them in the waist they fit him. Here he was a little busy eating his fruit roll up to pay any attention to Mom.
Here is the back of it with his removable cape. I think he looks pretty darn cute.

I have a quick story to share as well. Tonight I realized how grown up my little boy is getting. He was trying to climb into the bath so I asked him if he was ready for bath time and he said, "Ya." So, I told him to take off his socks and pants and he could take a bath. So, he sat down and took off one sock. Then he procceeded to throw his sock into the laundry hamper. He came back and removed the other and also threw that in the hamper. The pants he needed a little help getting off but he did good. I can't believe how big he is getting and how he is learning to do stuff like put his clothes in the laundry hamper. Makes me a little sad. Not the laundry hamper part but the growing up part.

Logan's friend

Here is Logan's new friend. Its his nebulizer that we got since he has a hard time breathing. Usually we just have to ask him if he wants some medicine from his Panda Bear and he will usually say yes. He sits pretty well for it except towards the end, then he is sick of it.
