Brown County Fair

When the fair was in town a few weeks ago I took Sydney and Logan to it on Friday morning before I had to work that afternoon. I didn't do any rides with Logan for fear that he would jump off of them. Poor Sydney didn't get to do any either because she wants to ride with someone and me being pregnant- that doesn't work.

We watched the reptile show, the puppet wagon, and checked out the animals. Logan cracked me up when he was dancing to the SpongeBob puppet. It was pretty cute.

When we were there we met up with Jen and had an interesting day. The only pictures that I took were of Piper and Logan playing on the riding lawn mower. They are about a month and a half apart.

Getting them to look at me was impossible, they were too busy driving.

Mama's little helper take 2

Logan decided to help me make some No-Bake Cheese cake. He helped push down the crust..... for about two seconds until he stole some to eat. Then after that it was just licking the spoon that he helped with.

Don't you love the look I am getting??

I think he enjoyed "helping" me.

Demo Derby

Last night I took Logan to the Demo Derby and he was in love needless to say. I was a little apprehensive about him being so young but he was so well behaved and loved watching the cars. He sat really well, just a little moving back and forth between mom and aunt Randi. At first I covered his ears because of the noise but he got mad at me for covering them. So, I just let him be. I did get a picture but it was on my cell phone because I didn't bring my camera with. That was probably a good thing since we got sprayed with mud.

We all had more fun watching Logan than the derby in the beginning. He decided at one point to be a big boy and sit on the stands. He also was clapping away and saying, "Go, Go, Go Cars!" I enjoyed watching him, it made it worth it. Plus kids 6 and under were free so it was worth it there too.

Mama's little helper

This is my 100th entry about Logan- amazingly enough thats all its been. Today he was my little helper. He was helping make some grilled cheese sandwiches for all of us for lunch. He insists on sitting on the counter and helping with everything from dishes to making supper to getting himself some milk. So, he is quite a little helper- sometimes a little too much. The towel is for the spilled milk when he tried putting the cover on his sippy cup.

He amazes me more and more every day with how much he is talking. He will just blurt out words and its so fun to hear because I am sure that we have taught him almost all of them and it means that he truly is learning. The only thing we have to work on is the word shirt. It does not come out as shirt. There is a missing R in there some where.

Tractors

The man in the green playing with his tractors once again. Notice the massive bedhead.

Im not doing anything....

Hmm... I wonder what this little boy is doing squatting in the corner. I can't imagine what it is. Oh yes, after smelling the roses I know exactly what it is!

Grill-out

Tonight we went over to our friend's Nikki and Dave's for a grill out. A good time was had by all (as far as I can tell.) We unfortunantly had to leave earlier than we probably would have liked because I have to work at 6 this morning (yes its only 5 right now) and Brian was just shot because he had his softball play-offs all day yesterday so he was pretty burned out. I think by the time we left Logan was pretty tired too. He had a very long day watching ball and running around with Grandma Goblirsch while mom was at work. I managed to capture just a few little pictures of Logan and Brett playing together in the sandbox while Dad watched and tried to eat a brat.

These two are roughly a month and a half apart. Brett was born in September and Logan in November. Funny thing is that their sisters are only due two weeks apart!
